MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ITEM TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT. *ITEMS STATING FINAL SALE AREN'T ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS*

UNFORTUNATELY, AT THIS TIME, WE CAN NOT OFFER REFUNDS 

MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION; MERCHANDISE CAN NOT BE WORN, STAINED, AND DAMAGED

CHINGONA INC. WILL COVER SHIPPING TO RETURN THE CURRENT ORDER, BUT NEW ORDERS TO SHIP WILL BE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY. 

 Once shipped, please provide tracking information via email to chingonainc@gmail.com. Please include the title email "return" and the order number. 

WE MUST RECEIVE THE MERCHANDISE YOU ARE EXCHANGING FIRST; THEN, WE WILL SEND YOU YOUR STORE CREDIT CODE VIA EMAIL.

PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR RETURNS TO BE PROCESSED.


*** SENT DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS ***


In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item, please email us at chingonainc@gmail.com within seven days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after seven days or if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for wear and tear.

*** Cancellations ***

Specific orders may be canceled if they have not entered the printing process. Orders that have begun printing will be fulfilled typically. Cancellations are made at the sole discretion of Chingona Inc.
